DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions are processed by PCI-certified partners. We never store your full payment details on mega33 servers.

Our system logs IP addresses and device fingerprints to spot suspicious login attempts. If we flag unusual activity, we lock your account and notify you via email.

Data Retention

Account records stay with us for the life of your account plus 3 years for tax and compliance purposes. Closed accounts are archived separately then deleted after 7 years.
